American Municipal Power hydroelectric power-plant projects now complete

American Municipal Power has completed construction on the last of four hydroelectric power plant projects, marking the conclusion of 10 years of work. The Columbus-based company, which manages electricity service for city-owned utilities in several states, built the power plants on the Ohio River in West Virginia and Kentucky, right across from Ohio.
