An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 2-month-old girl from northeast Ohio.Authorities say Jasper Stennett was taken from a home in Warren in Trumbull County.Jasper is described as a white female, 1 foot 8 inches tall, 11 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
