Amber Alert issued after armed kidnapping in northeast Ohio

An Amber Alert was issued in northeast Ohio Tuesday for two children who were allegedly kidnapped by an armed man.Authorities say the suspect, Clarence Davis, threatened his girlfriend Samika Traylor with a semi-automatic handgun.
