Amazon electricity cut raises questions

The public can only guess about the dollar amount of a proposed electricity discount for Amazon data centers because of state regulators' long-established practice of allowing key data to be designated as trade secrets. This is not unusual for the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, which routinely allows companies to make filings in which certain information is available only to the commissioners and attorneys involved in a case.
