All old rape kits in Ohio must be submitted for testing by next week

Ohio law-enforcement agencies have less than a week to submit old rape test kits under requirements of a new state law. The kits, which include evidence for DNA testing obtained from sexual assault victims, must be submitted by March 23, Attorney General Mike DeWine said in a letter sent Wednesday to law-enforcement agencies around the state.
