All in…butter: Ohio State Fair honors Cavs championship

Butter cow, butter calf, butter Cavs …the Ohio State Fair seems to have it all this year. And this summer’s display pays tribute to the NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers.This year’s display was completed in about 500 hours, of which 400 hours were spent sculpting, and is made from approximately 2,150 pounds of butter, donated in part by Dairy Farmers of America.It featured the Cavs logo and NBA Championship trophy, along with mascots Moondog and Sir C.C.The mural in the display
