9 hurt as car hits crowd at outdoor concert

PARMA HEIGHTS — A car has slammed into a crowd at an outdoor concert in northeastern Ohio, injuring nine people, two of them seriously. It happened Sunday night in Parma Heights, about 10 miles south of Cleveland.
