An eight-year-old boy has a big reason to celebrate during his birthday on Thursday.He survived a stroke.The quick actions of his parents and medical staff are being credited with saving his life.Mason Payne's mom and stepdad noticed Mason was slowly losing control of his body."He just couldn't talk.
