$45M center to test self-driving vehicles opens

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Officials in Ohio are opening a $45 million testing ground for self-driving vehicles.The Transportation Research Center Inc. will unveil its 540-acre SMARTCenter on Wednesday.
