42-year-old Pennsylvania man dead after crash in Licking County

LICKING COUNTY – The Ohio State Highway Patrol in Licking County is investigating a deadly crash on Interstate 70 east.It happened just before 9 a.m. Sunday on I-70 eastbound near mile marker 117 close to Ohio 310, according to OSHP.Spencer Green, 42, of Connellsville Pennsylvania, was pronounced dead at the scene.
