4-year-old dies from injuries sustained in Commercial Point crash

The Ohio State Highway Patrol Circleville Post is investigating a fatal crash that killed one man and one child Sunday evening in Commercial Point.According to the OSHP, 35-year-old Yoni Cruz Martinez of Columbus was traveling west on State Route 762 at a high rate of speed with South Bloomfield Police in pursuit.The vehicle crashed into a tree on S.R. 762 near Walker Road.
