$26M in state budget set aside for county
Lucas County was funded for more than $26 million worth of projects in the state's new proposed capital budget bill on Tuesday, including money for the ProMedica parking facility downtown and a Sylvania downtown development project. Other large Ohio counties fared better, with Franklin County - because of improvements at Ohio State University and state office buildings in Columbus - slated for more than $222 million worth of projects.
