23-member panel to propose levy amount for Columbus schools

A 23-member citizen panel will advise the Columbus Board of Education on how much additional property tax the district should ask for in November operating and bond levies. School board President Gary Baker appointed 20 members and three co-chairmen: board member Mary Jo Hudson; Chad Jester, head of the Nationwide Foundation; and Bo Chilton, chief executive officer of Impact Community Action.
