2018 Atlantic Hurricane Outlook: Near or above average season expected

After an extremely active hurricane season in 2017, a lot of questions are being asked if this season will feature a similar outcome.2017 was expected to be a very active season and the aftermath of those storms still are leaving hundreds and thousands of people still in recovery from the aftermath.The 6 month hurricane season doesn't officially start until June 1st but the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) just released their seasonal outlook on Thursday as to what the seaso
