2 sobriety checkpoints planned tonight in Columbus

The Franklin County DUI Task Force – in conjunction with Columbus Police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol – will be conducting two sobriety checkpoints Friday into early Saturday morning to combat impaired driving.The first checkpoint will be held on Refugee Road, east of Hamilton Road, from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.The second checkpoint will occur on Hamilton Road north of Winchester Pike from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 1:30 a.m. Saturday.The Task Force wants to impress upon those who will be co
