2 men in custody following drive-by shooting in Newark

NEWARK – Newark police have arrested two men following a drive-by shooting that happened Saturday evening.It happened just before 8:30 p.m. when officers responded to Riverview Drive.James Alexander, 22 of Pataskala, was arrested without incident on Tuesday in Columbus. Devin Rhineheart, 23 of Newark, turned himself in Wednesday morning.
