2 men get 2-year prison terms over road-rage death

Two men were sentenced on Monday to two years in prison for a Nov. 1 road-rage crash on I-71 in Delaware County that killed the wife of one of them. Richard C. Stephens, 36, and Andrew J. Miller, 30, both of Marion, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide.
