2 dead after being ejected from SUV in Madison County crash

Troopers from the West Jefferson Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol are investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash in Madison County.The crash happened Monday on State Route 56 south of Moorman Road just before midnight.According to investigators, a maroon 2008 Chevrolet Equinox was traveling northbound on SR-56 at a high rate of speed, drove off the left side of the roadway and struck a utility pole and a tree.Two people were ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.Authorit
