2 dead, 1 hurt in shooting at Chagrin Falls assisted living facility

CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio (AP) — Police in Ohio say two people are dead and another is wounded following a shooting Thursday morning at an assisted living facility southeast of Cleveland.
