2 charged with murder in Hilltop area shooting

Two people have been charged in connection with the shooting death of a 23-year-old in the Hilltop area earlier this week.Police responded to a shooting in the 200 block of S. Ogden Avenue just after 7 p.m. Monday.Upon arrival, officers found a man that had been shot.The victim, identified as Laquam Gratsy, was taken to Mount Carmel West.
