2 central Ohio lawmakers' proposal could end schools’ Win-Win agreement

Two state lawmakers announced legislation this morning that would essentially do away with the 30-year Win-Win agreement between Columbus City Schools and nine suburban districts. The bill would allow the suburban school boards to vote to adopt permanent boundaries.
