2 arrested in connection with suspected arson fire that killed 3-year-old Mansfield girl

MANSFIELD, Ohio— The Mansfield Division of Police have arrested two people in connection to a deadly house fire Wednesday morning.According to the Mansfield Division of Police, the fire started at a vacant home on South Foster Street around 2:30 a.m. and spread to the neighboring home.The residents inside the home were awakened by a neighbor who had seen the flames and pounded on their door.Police said the 3-year-old was in an upstairs bedroom and was unable to be rescued due to the smoke
