2 arrested in 100th Columbus homicide

The Columbus Division of Police arrested two in connection with the shooting death of 19-year-old Shai-Kee Shikary Ray Allen.According to police occurred Saturday, December 22nd in the area of 2700 block of East 6th Avenue.Detectives say Allen was robbed and shot before being taken to Ohio State University East Hospital where he died a short time later.Police have arrested and charged 21-year-old Ciree R.
