18-year-old from Heath found dead in overturned vehicle in river

HEATH, Ohio - An 18-year-old man is dead after the vehicle he was driving was found flipped over in the Licking River in Heath Saturday morning according to Heath Police.Police said the vehicle was found just off of Licking View Drive near Livingston Court.Police said 18-year-old Jayson Nelson of Heath was driving westbound on Licking View Drive when he lost control of the vehicle which landed upside down in the river.Police believe the vehicle had been in the water for several hours or possibly
