18-year-old dead after Licking County crash

LICKING COUNTY, Ohio - An 18-year-old man is dead after a crash in Licking County according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.OSHP said the crash happened just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of Northridge Road and Concord Road in Liberty Township.Eighteen-year-old Ronald Waters Jr., of Alexandria, Ohio, was riding in a car being driven southeast on Concord Road.OSHP said the driver of the car Waters was in did not stop at a stop sign and hit a vehicle traveling northbound on Northri
