ATHENS, Ohio - An 18-year-old man is in custody and charged in the death of a man in Athens on Sunday, according to police.Athens police said officers responded to the 200 block of West Washington Street for a report of a shooting in an apartment on Sunday around 9:50 a.m.When officers arrived, they found 55-year-old Charles Duncan, Sr. shot and killed.Police said Michael A.
