13 escape house fire in north Columbus

At least 13 people escaped from a home in north Columbus near the Ohio State campus.The flames broke out early Wednesday morning at a three-story home on the 300 block of East Northwood Avenue.Firefighters tell 10TV the fire began on the first floor of the home and quickly spread to the second and third floors.One of the 13 who escaped suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.A police officer also hadminor injuries.It's wasn't immediately clear as to how the fire was sparked.
