1 man killed in southeast Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Columbus Police are investigating a deadly shooting on the city's southeast side.Officers were called to the 1600 block of Smith Road around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday.Police said 31-year-old James Lundy was found dead in a yard in the area.Police said Lundy was fighting with 22-year-old Zhontel M. Angel when Angel shot Lundy multiple times.Angel was arrested and charged with murder, according to police.Police said this is the 76th homicide in Columbus in 2017.
