1 killed in east Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Columbus police are investigating a fatal shooting on the east side.Sergeant Shimberg of Columbus Police tells 10TV that the victim was in a car and shot on Columbus Street around 6:45 p.m. Friday evening. The victim then drove into the parking lot of the Driving Park Recreational Center. The victim was pronounced at the hospital shortly after 7:00 p.m. There is currently no word on any suspects.
