1 dead after reported shooting in west Columbus

One person is dead after a shooting in west Columbus Monday night, police said.Officers and medics responded to the 2000 block of West Mound Street just before 9 p.m.One person was pronounced dead, according to police.Police said they have people detained but it is unclear how they may be involved.West Mound Street is closed in the area of the scene.
