APD Investigating Alleged Neglect At Arvada Assisted Living Center, Family Claims Facility Allowed Woman To ‘Suffer’

ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) – Arvada Police and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment are investigating an alleged neglect case involving a 78-year-old woman at the Almost Like Home assisted living center. The woman’s family claims the facility’s neglect has led to the woman now being on hospice, where she is expected to die within days.
