Woman drags 2 victims with car in separate robbery attempts

Two people were dragged in separate robbery attempts about 2 p.m. at Walmart on State Road near State Road and Target on Steelyard Drive near Denison Avenue, Cleveland police spokeswoman Jennifer Ciaccia said.
