U.S. Supreme Court won't hear Ohio voting case

Supreme Court justices left in place a lower court ruling that had blocked Ohio rules requiring precise completion of absentee and provisional ballots, but upheld other changes that reduced the time voters could cure errors and prohibited poll worker assistance.
