U.S. Rep. Pat Tiberi pulls plug on possible U.S. Senate bid, leaving Josh Mandel as only GOP candidate

Columbus-area U.S. Rep. Pat Tiberi said Tuesday he will not run for U.S. Senate in 2018, despite spending the better part of a year preparing to do so.
