UPDATE: Almost all power restored after fire at substation on Cleveland’s west side

CLEVELAND -- A fire at an electrical substation on West 41st Street left about 40,000 people on Cleveland's west side without power Tuesday night, Cleveland Public Power said.
A FOX 8 viewer sent us video which appeared to show a transformer in flames.
At about 9 p.m., CPP said the power had been restored, but some customers were still in the dark.
