Undocumented immigrant arrested in Cleveland must face 2003 driver's license case

Paul Leith on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to 19 total counts of tampering with evidence, forgery and unauthorized use of a computer charges after prosecutors asked for him to be extradited to Cleveland.
