Third man charged in dumping overdose victim's body in Elyria found

Christopher L. Williams Jr. was arrested by U.S. Marshals about 7 a.m. hanging out at Timber Lake Apartments at a townhome on Mulberry Lane just north of Chester Road, Elyria police Capt. Christopher Costantino said.
