The Ohio General Assembly needs to support mass transit: editorial

Ohio government needs to have a much more generous budget for Greater Cleveland RTA and other mass transit systems in this state. Lawmakers can begin by rewriting the Ohio Constitution to allow the fuel tax to pay for transit, not just roads.
