Sylvia Strobel named chief operating officer at Ideastream

Sylvia Strobel, an executive with extensive public broadcasting experience, has been named the new chief operating officer at Ideastream, the parent company of WVIZ Channel 25, WCPN FM/90.3 and WCLV FM/104.9.
