Strongsville City Council rejects Tractor Supply Co. plan without explaining why

Strongsville will not allow Tractor Supply Co., a "rural-lifestyle" retail chain, to build a new store on the south side of Ohio 82 between Prospect Road and Avery Parkway. City Council voted 4-3 against a zoning-code amendment that Tractor Supply needed to locate the new store on the site.
