State Rep. Christina Hagan announces run for Ohio's 16th congressional district

State Rep. Christina Hagan, 28, announced her candidacy for Ohio's 16th congressional seat on Monday via a YouTube video and an email to Ohio reporters. Her campaign materials present Hagan, who has served in the Ohio House since she was appointed as a 22-year-old college student, as a conservative political outsider who isn't afraid to ruffle feathers in Columbus or Washington D.C.
