Quicken Loans Arena upgrades spark heated debate (video)

City Council's Development, Planning and Sustainability Committee heard testimony Tuesday from advocates and opponents to a plan to commit $88 million in Cleveland tax dollars toward upgrades at Quicken Loans Arena. The committee approved the controversial deal at the close of a six hour hearing, setting up a vote by the full council for as early as Monday.
