Protestors rally after violent struggle with Euclid police

Richard Hubbard III was arrested after a struggle with police that lasted more than 3 minutes. He was medically examined at the Cuyahoga County Jail Euclid Annex and posted bond on charges of Driving Under Suspension and Resisting Arrest.
