Ohio's renewable energy rules on the chopping block, again

The Ohio House is expected today to approve another bill that would neutralize the state's rules requiring power companies to generate or buy electricity produced by wind and solar farms. House Bill 114, introduced only three weeks ago, has been "fast-tracked" for a vote of the House today. The bill emerged from committee Wednesday. No Democrats voted for it.
