Ohio's no-bid IT contracting to insiders must end: editorial

The Columbus Dispatch reports that millions of dollars in no-bid IT deals were won by a firm staffed by former Department of Administrative Services employees and also tied to one of Gov. Kasich's cabinet members. Such practices must end, the editorial board writes.
