Ohio wind law crippling wind development, $4.2 billion boost to Ohio economy

A decision three years ago to limit how close wind turbines can be to adjacent farmland has crippled further wind development here and cut billions of dollars in economic activity out of Ohio, says the American Wind Energy Association,Now AWEA is asking lawmakers to return to the old property standards.
