Ohio Senate bill aims to increase broadband across state

Ohio Sens. Joe Schiavoni and Cliff Hite will sponsor a bill that would provide $100 million to help communities get high-speed internet. Currently, about 300,000 Ohioans use dial-up or satellite internet, which is slower, to get online.
