Ohio bill would require prison for internet solicitation of children

A bill in the Ohio General Assembly that is sponsored by Reps. Kent Smith, a Euclid Democrat, and Tim Schaffer, a Lancaster Republican, would add teeth to the current law for importuning, or soliciting children for sex over the internet. The sponsors said too often people plea guilty and get probation, not prison.
