Officials identify man killed in late-night Akron house fire

Alvin Watkins, 56, was pronounced dead at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center after the fire that happened shortly after 10 p.m. on Rhodes Avenue near West Exchange Street, the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office said.
