ODOT says Opportunity Corridor boulevard construction is delayed beyond 2020 by lawsuit fallout

The Ohio Department of Transportation said Monday that the $331 million Opportunity Corridor project in Cleveland's East Side won't be finished as scheduled in 2020 because of financing delays caused by a lawsuit.
